Youth Advocacy: We are investing in the next generation of leaders through our youth campaigns. The objective is to create the process and performance culture and CREPES–Thinking™ mindsets amongst the youths at early stages to make them valuable, employable, and successful in the labor market. We are also working with the education sector to find ways to make process improvement and performance thinking part of the school curriculum.

Policy Advocacy: We facilitate dialogue with policymakers, business leaders, academia, and civil society organizations about the reforms required to enable process and performance improvements and CREPES™ outcomes across Africa.

Learning Advocacy: We promote continuous education and learning on process and performance improvement best practices in the context of Africa ecosystem through executive discussion forums, workshop seminars, conferences and networking events.
